Do I have to go to a different doctor?

I have insurance, but I don't have a family doctor. I'm pregnant, so I have my obgyn doctor. I need to go to a ear, nose, throat doctor. (The one I used to go to all the time) because I had a tumor in my ear and I need to get it checked once a year. I was wanting to go get a check up, but I'm not sure how about doing it. Can I call the ENT(ear nose throat) doctor and make a appointment? Or do I have to get a referral from a different doctor? I seriously don't want to go through the hassle of getting a family doctor just to go get my ears checked. I feel like that's a waste of time 😩
