Past chlamydia..and fertility?

So my ex partner gave me chlamydia 2-2.5 years ago; I don’t know how long I had chlamydia and he refused to tell me how long he had it. (He had lied about his sexual health; apparently he had it five times and gonorrhea three-four times each time treated; but showed me a clean test result from a month before we actually had sex)

I ended up having a really painful miscarriage during the time we were together, and found out I had chlamydia a month after I had the miscarriage(I was two months pregnant).

I ended up having two miscarriages since then; again extremely painful.

My doctors were never really any help with the situation, so I’ve been looking for a better OBGYN.

My current partner and I have been together for a while now; (We’ve both been tested together, and it came out clean❤️)

But I’m afraid that I’ll end up having the same situation happen with the miscarriage, and I don’t want to lose another baby.

Could my prior partner who gave me he STI put my body through this? I keep reading horror stories of chlamydia and gonnorhea affecting fertility.

Any advice?
