telling husband you're pregnant after a miscarriage

I'm not pregnant again, yet, but we are trying again and I'm ovulating this week.

I miscarried January 9. I found out I was pregnant December 5th and had an adorable gift ready for my husband when that news arrived. he cried when he opened it. I was wondering if you did something special again for your partner or would you if you found out you were pregnant again? I want to, don't get me wrong. I'm trying to get some ideas for how to tell him if I do find out in a few weeks that I'm pregnant. I'm so scared/anxious/nervous/excited. I just hate the thought of miscarrying again after all of the sheer excitement we experienced when we first found out in December, only to lose the baby a little over a month later.
