Anyone starting out at 200 lbs+?
My doctor is not concerned about my weight at all, I’m about 200 but I’ve been weight lifting so I’m mostly muscle! He said I look perfectly healthy and all my vitals and levels are great.
I’m still just so scared of gaining a lot of weight during this pregnancy 😭 to be honest, I’m not happy with my body, hence why I’ve been weight lifting and working out a lot before I got pregnant. I’ve been trying to stay on the same schedule I was but this first trimester exhaustion is also no joke 😭 I’m feeling so unmotivated but I want to be the healthiest I can be at this point for my baby!
I’m also wondering if it’s safe to lose weight at least in the first trimester? I forgot to ask my doctor but I was hoping to get at least a couple more pounds down.
