So, anyone else have their midwife not want an ultrasound until 20 weeks? I get that it is second pregnancy but they do not want to do ultrasound until 20 weeks and they will have me back at 12 weeks to listen to heartbeat, the baby was to low to hear heart on Doppler right now, but they did hear the placenta so they believe everything is going well.... just wondering if that is normal for others, I know it is different going to midwife verses doctor. The last pregnancy I didn’t go to midwives until 20 weeks.
