Training pants and sensitive skin

Not that my little one is ready to potty train, but she is understanding the concept of letting us know when she’s gone to the bathroom in her diaper. With my first I used pull ups or other training pants during her potty training, but this one has the most sensitive skin that I can’t use normal diapers. She can only use bamboo/cotton diapers, and I’m having a hard time finding training underwear without all the additives and chemicals. Does anyone have a tried and true brand or do we just stick out the diapers until she’s completely ready for real underwear?
