just got the letter confirming I got a spot at the alternative birthing center in my area! they're the best in the country with water births and I had such a great experience the first time that I'm thrilled to get the chance again.

congrats! Semi planning a water birth. it will be an unassisted home birth, but I'm due the middle of July and not sure I'm going to want to be in hot water if it is hot outside. Going to just order a blow up pool and planned at least do a trial of Labor in there.

I'm planning a TOL that will hopefully lead to a successful water birth in a hospital setting with my midwife. 
After two miscarriages, one with twins and one in August'17, I'm estatic to have a midwife consider me a candidate for a VBAC. They have a high success rate and I'm vibing high with positive thoughts. 
Labored in the water🌊 with my seven year old and it was an amazing experience. My daughter (12 now but 5 at the time) was with me and poured water on my back to relax it🛁. Ended up with an emergency c-section but met the doctors just in case my TOL didn't work.

Planning to labor in water at least part of the time... not sure yet if giving birth in the tub is what I am comfortable with. But at least this time I have the option. :)

I will be laboring in water but birthing outside of the tub. My midwife says she sees more tears in water births, so that steered me away.
