Managing milk production?

Sami • 🌻1.31.18💙

I'm not really sure how to ask this so I'll give some backstory first!

My little one is one month old! I'm pumping almost exclusively and tend to keep 6-8 bottles in the fridge for feeding.. I'm pumping every 4-6 hours as i feel my breasts start to fill and have about 70 ounces saved in the freezer.. how do you manage your milk especially when it comes to outings with your LO?

Right now we're only out for a couple of hours at a time so ill pump and carry the fresh milk with me in a bottle as it obviously lasts much longer at room temp than a warmed bottle out of the fridge but I need some advice on it..

and I don't want to diminish or slow my production as I'm getting 4-6 ounces every session but I'm also keeping up pretty well with what he needs so how am I ever gonna get to use my frozen milk if this keeps up another 6 months? I don't want it to go to waste but at the same time I don't want to use a lot and skip feedings or pumping sessions..

Does this make any sense to anyone? My mind's so jumbled and confused!
