Trying to stay positive
We recently received my husbands SA and hormone tests back and the news wasn’t ideal. His testosterone was 250 (low) and his FSH was 27 (crazy high from what I’ve read). His volume was only .3 ml, which has been a constant struggle, and his sperm count was 9,000. We have a 7 year old so I want to believe it can happen again, but the doc didn’t seem so optimistic. , but told us he would try him on an estrogen blocker, arimidex, and see if that helped at all. Before leaving, he told us improvement was rare, and that we should probably prepare for the worst. Obviously I’m devastated, but I’m also a little annoyed. We haven’t tried vitamins, or diet changes, or preseed or any of those little tricks! Are we really without hope? Anyone in a similar boat? I feel like I’m losing my mind!
