Sick aw

I have had a rough pregnancy I’m currently 32 weeks. I went to doctor Wednesday was told have upper respiratory infection been taking meds n Tylenol like they said. Was feeling good till 6pm last night I got hit with extreme back pain n puke everytime I eat or drink. Finally at 11pm my friend got me to go to er. They said I’m not thinning waters not broke so not in labor. Told me take Tylenol and drink water. I’m miserable. Go to doc Thursday I went home from work today just feel like I’m losing this battle ready for him to b here.
