C-section: almost 4 months PP

I had my baby Nov 4 2017, I had an emergency c-section along with an infected incision having to be reopened and re shut. It’s been closed for about 13 weeks! When I went to my doctor 8 weeks pp I had a yeast infection on the scar along with it still weeping and he said it was normal. He said it would go away. I take really good care of my incision site and always make sure it’s dry and even blow dry it every time I get out of the shower. I am currently 16 weeks and a few days pp and it is still weeping and still smells like yeast (I’m sorry tmi), when I wipe it to clean it up it bleeds a little in one spot? Anyone have answers or ideas of what is going on/what I should do? Or experiences? Thank you guys
