Ovulation issues

Hi,

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive since July when I came off the pill. I have always had regular periods 28-30 days even prior to starting the pill. I was on the pill for four years and had regular periods on it. When I came off my periods were regular every 30-35 days until November and December when I completely missed my period for both of those months. I had my period January 2–4. I haven’t had one for February. I went to my GYNO and had a full blood work up on Saturday 2/24. I just the results in today but have yet to speak to her. I saw on the results though that the only things that weren’t in normal range were my LH and FSH levels. My LH level was 11.0 and FSH was 3.60. I have no idea where in my cycle I am at as it has not been regular so I don’t know if this is effecting my levels? Can anyone please shed some light on this for me. I am so upset right now. I also just began temping a few days ago when I wake up in the morning

I literally have no idea about bbt and trying to conceive lol so any help would be much appreciated! I took an opk two days ago and there was only the Control line and I took one today and there were two lines but the test line was slightly lighter so I know it’s negative hopefully they get darker as the days progress. Does a line mean Ovulation is coming!??

Also- the rest of my blood work was all normal. I don’t have any symptoms of PCOS either besides these levels.
