Monitoring Femara Cycles

Hey ladies!

This is my third round of Femara, but my first monitored round. My doctor has me scheduled to come back on CD 12 for an ultrasound.

Can anyone give me their experiences?

Follicle size and quantity?

Did anyone ovulate before this ultrasound?

Was anyone instructed NOT to have sex until the amount and quality of follicles could be determined?

Who had success with Femara?

How many rounds did it take?

I’m mostly freaked out a little about missing my window for ovulation.
