Injuries

My 19 month old is going to give me several heart attacks and a full head of white hair. He is so energetic and constantly into everything, jumping off things, standing on things. And you think he would learn after getting hurt and he doesn't. He'll do It again a moment later. My oldest is 7 and he was such a calm child and never really got injured. My 19 month had stitched months back from falling and hitting his face on the stairs and splitting his nose. And last night he slipped and hit his mouth on the chair and I could have sworn he needed stiches but, luckily doc said he'll heal fine. Anyone experiencing this? I don't know that else to do but, constantly reminding him to get down and following him around and taking him off of things.
