IUD Bleeding?

Today my bf and I had sex and I have a paraguard iud. Everything was going great until one moment when he went too deep and too hard. When this happened I experienced a terrible pain that was like him hitting my cervix, stabbing from the iud, and my muscles tensing all at once. I had to take a hot second to get back into the groove of things and kind of killed the mood. Afterwards I peed and noticed light blood. Anyone know if this is because of the paraguard or had any similar experiences? I've been having problems with this form of bc since I got it and honestly dont want this to be an issue.
