Disturbing dream

Ok, so I’m a bit reluctant to write this as my dream was so messed up that I’m feeling a little bit affected by it this morning. However... this dream (or nightmare,rather) was so horrific that I need to get it off my mind and understand it.

Basically... last night I dreamt that people were willingly committing suicide all over the world; children and babies too. One little boy was disabled and he threw himself off of a cliff whilst his family watched. It was as if was falling with them but not actually falling- just watching.

Everyone looked so calm and peaceful as they jumped. Families were holding hands and had their feet tied together with chains and weights.

The whole thing was so disturbing and I can’t believe it was actually something born out of my sub conscience.

Can anyone help with the meaning to this?

Other than I may be a screwed up individual who should seek counselling.
