Constipation - 11 mo bf and in pain :(

My daughter is 11 months old and we still breastfeed. She eats about 3-4 solid food meals a day and breast milk 5 times a day.

She hadn’t pooped for 6 days so I called my pediatrician. They said unless it’s been 14 days and her belly is distended there’s nothing to be concerned about.

Has anyone heard anything different? That seems like a long time to wait. She currently passes small, hard poops and screams and cries when she does. We give prunes multiple times a day so I’m not sure what else do to :(
