If we have a particularly long session or multiple sessions in a row, I get sore too. I put water and aloe gel on pads and freeze them in the freezer for when that happens. It's awesome, just make sure not to use too much water ♥️

blood flow, but if it doesnt go down have your Bartholin glands checked I have had a cyst and an abscess that busted but they are really painful
