2nd C-section info

I'm 27 weeks with my girl. I have an 11 almost 12 month old boy. I had to have a C-section with him because I stopped progressing in dilation and his heart rate kept dipping. Since they are too close together my doctor is saying another C-section is best and less risky. So what can I expect? I mean my last one was an emergency and this one will be planned so I'm still not 100% on what to expect . What happens if I go into labor naturally before its scheduled? Will they just admit me and take me back asap or have me labor? I imagine it probably depends on the availablilty of O.R.s. What happens in general if I do make it to that date?
