BBT spike? what's next?

Can someone assist me in knowing what I should be looking for in the next days of my bbt? I am pretty sure I ovulated on CD 20 and got a bbt spike this morning.

You ovulated either on CD18 or CD21, not on CD20. Ovulation is confirmed if you get 3 consecutive days of at least a .4F or more temp increase. CD21 dips down after CD20, which indicates it didn’t happen on that day. Now you just wait and see if your temperatures stay elevated for the rest of the cycle.
