Low heart rate?

I was 6 weeks and 2 days when I went to the hospital. The babys heart rate was 102. That seems so low to me. Now, I've been spotting brown blood since February 28th. It's never enough to be in my underwear. They also said I have a pregestational hemorrhage. My cramps are normal. I do know that. Everyone seems to think I'm ok The hospital just tells me "if you have a miscarriage we can't do anything until you pass it. " I get that. But I need peace of mind.

Can anyone give me insight to any of this?
