22 with no sex drive?

Okay eve community this is a long shot but I'm desperate for some input that isn't super judgmental. Ever since I became sexuality active (age 16) I have had little to no sex drive. I've gone to doctors about it and I have been put down and shamed countless times so I stopped trying to get help from them. But I am now 22, I have been dealing with depression most of my life, but I'm currently in a stable relationship with someone I love but it takes a lot of effort and timing for me to feel in the mood even a couple of days out of the month. Do any of you have suggestions for me?
