HELP!! Pregnant and boobs are itching due to growth!

I’m 15 weeks pregnant and for the past week my boobs have been itching like crazy because they are filling out and my skin is stretching. They have been filling out over the past couple of months, but now they are literally blowing up, and they itch.😭 They don’t hurt, they just itch, and no amount of scratching helps. Is there anything I can buy to relieve the itch, or any safe home remedies I can use?
