Strong sweet smell down there? Thrush?

So I’m 9 weeks and I have suffered with yeast infections when TTC.. I’ve had slight yellow creamy discharge and down there it has a strong smell kind of sweet!

I’ve just found out we bought scented toilet roll by accident so I’m thinking this is why.. it has been a little bit itchy down there too (externally).. I don’t know if this is bacterial vaginosis or a yeast infection or normal in pregnancy ..

Any ideas? Or anyone going through the same thing?
