My 3 month old is waking up in the middle of the night not crying, but talking/laughing in his crib. Should I pick him up and try to get him back to sleep or leave him alone since he's not crying? I try to wait and see if he will start crying or fall back asleep on his own but it ends up being more than an hour and I don't want him laying there all night awake.
