Other than soy, what are your go-to protein sources?

I work out often (6+ times a week) and I think my Vega Protein + Greens powder is the best thing I have right now. But I’m looking for other suggestions that I can incorporate into my diet.

Note: Part of why I’ve transitioned is to avoid hormones and common allergens.
