What does this mean, does she like me?

So there’s this girl and when we talk over text she’s expressive and keeps carrying on the conversation she Also mentions hanging out and stuff. When I see her in the halls or talk to her in person she’s a little awkward and can’t really seem to look at me or carry on a conversation. Also she talks to other people without being nervous she’s very outgoing but when it’s with me she seems to tense up for some reason. She never used to be this awkward around me before.
