Pregnant 4 weeks 5 days after DNC

Anyone been thru this? I miscarried on January 27 and had a DNC feb 1 for residual. No AF since. I went for blood work today but the wait is killing me. Could this be a new pregnancy (the strip went from barely viable to dark these past few days and a digital) or possibly something missed in the dnc? Advice from anyone with experience?

**** there was a big typo my dnc was feb 1st, I had a negative test below about a week ago and the positive is from today. But all I hear is about residuals .... fingers crossed
