yellow discharge at 7 weeks?

About 5 minutes ago I felt like I just got my period or something like it was like that wet feeling right when a period starts. I checked and it was just a lot of bright yellow discharge. i haven’t really had it that heavy or bright yellow before. no blood. I started taking gummy prenatals when I found out I was pregnant at around 3 weeks. I started taking a much better prenatal vitamin about 5 days ago so I thought maybe that caused it? Is this normal? Thank you!
