Help with 3 month old

How do I get my 3 month old daughter to be ok with other people besides me? If anyone else holds her or watches her she screams the entire time. This includes her dad and my mom. My mom lives with us. I don’t know how to get her to be ok with other people. It makes it really hard for me to do anything. I can’t even take a shower for 10 minutes without her screaming. As soon as I grab her she stops. I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do. I think it’s because I’m a stay at home Mom and she’s with me all day. But it would be really nice if she was content with others. She used to be fine with them, this all started about 2 weeks ago. Anybody deal with anything similar? Any ideas on what to do?
