Need help!

I’ve already been to the doctors once for this problem. My now three month old has been bleeding every time she has pooped. It’s worse now than it ever has been. I took her about a month & a half ago & the doctors told me it’s nothing serious just slow down on the dairy products since I breastfeed & everything should go back. I have & for awhile it was ok but this past week it’s been the worse. It starts to come out of her diaper. I’ve noticed her behavior has changed as well. She still smiles & coos here & there but she’s been fussier & cries non stop when’s she’s not sleeping. I just don’t know what to do. I never had this problem with my first child.
