Period problems please help 🙄

Okay so let me start off by telling you my issues it stared off by me getting on the depo shot big mistake but any how I never gotten my period on it so I got off it and months go by still no period so I go back to the gynecologist and they do a prolactin test and it came back high so she told me it could be because of the medication I was taking for my depression so that what was causing me to not get a period so I stopped taking the medication so moths go by once again... still no period so my doctor said that my levels need to regulate before I will get another period well I ended up going to a different doctor and she retested me and my levels regulated and I finally got a period I guess you’d call it it came for 2 days stopped for a day and came back for 1 or 2 more days I can’t remember I’d have to look at my calendar but would this be normal since I’m just getting it back?
