I don’t intentionally plop my baby down in front of the TV but if the family is watching a movie or a show and he’s on my lap or in the room with us then he sees the tv.

yes my mother in law babysits so i have no control but i know she gives him the phone. because when i take pictures of him he tries to grab my phone and i have gotten there to pick jim up and he is propped there watching it. she puts mickey mouse while hes doing tummy time

Yes. Because his sister watches tv or I have a show / movie playing for background noise.
