Strange fish dream?

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and a few days ago I had a very strange dream about fish. I dreamt that at a bar some lady fed me fish and I ate it, and I started to choke. I coughed up the fish and it was ALIVE. it was like pinkish colored and moving and it was so weird. at first I thought it could’ve been because I fear eating raw fish. anything raw. but then I read up and apparently fish dreams have to do with pregnancy sometimes? What could it mean it was so strange
