Getting my supply up...
So, I already take Fenugreek, Blessed Thissle, vitamins and iron. I’ve been drinking plenty of water, eating an appropriate amount of calories and I nurse on demand. I’ve also recently been drinking Gatorade. I eat steel cut oats for breakfast and I’ve been putting coconut milk in everything I can. What else can I do to up my supply? Is there some kind of routine I can follow as far as pumping goes? Any tips and tricks could go a long way for me! Please help! I’m a first time mom struggling to have enough to feed my baby ☹️
