Sexual Harrassment?

I was chatting with my ex who...lets say we're friends, but we parted ways with school. We have chatted for a little bit and it first started when he started asking for nudes and how big my breasts were. I basically saod to fuck off politely but i continued to chat with him. Recently, I was talking to him about my crush, because he's talked to me about his multiple past crushes so i thiught itd be okay to talk about mine. So ive talked to him and he said "Ohhh you're gonna smashhhhhh". Im pretty sure i knew what he meant but i didnt want it to be that same reason. I said "What?" and he replied with, "You guys are gonna fuckky fuckky suckky suckky". At this, I was a smartass and said "at least ill get more action than you.". He then proceed to text me stuff like "sex sounds" and "phrases" (e.g. "FUCK ME DADDYYY"). I blew up at him, it being my final straw. Is this sexual harrassment? Did I provoke it? Is it my fault? HELP!
