Anxiety while pregnant
I’ve dealt with anxiety for many years. Tried numerous counselors and several meds. I was stabilized on Zoloft and Ativan. About 7 months ago I made the decision with my doctor to be taken off the meds as I was going to a fertility specialist. My anxiety was in check and I did great for several months. Now, I’m 3 months pregnant and the anxiety is slowly creeping back in. My anxiety revolves around health related issues and complications. So naturally, now being pregnant, my mind is just gravitating there. Does anyone have any natural remedies they use to help with anxiety attacks during pregnancy? So far I’ve been using lavender/chamomile essential oils and relaxing music, but I’m open to other suggestions. Thanks!
