Fell pregnant... nursing school/no income..

I am 19, almost 20 and in nursing school. I had to quit my job because clinicals were too expensive. I am on Nexplanon and have a boyfriend. I thought it wouldn't happen, but I just found out I am 5 weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound at a free womans clinic. I have $97 in my account right now and 0 income. Do all Planned Parenthoods prescribe abortion pills? Do most normal doctors? Do gynocologists Do? If I am to get an abortion at Planned Parenthood with the sliding scale and have 0 income, is it free? I am not telling my boyfriend and am already barley making rent payments and cannot afford this. What would you do....? Should I try the Vitamin C at home abortion?
