My boyfriend is mad @ me

Okay so I was on the phone with my boyfriend not too long ago and we were talking and I was like I’m going to be working everyday next week besides one day. I work @mcdonalds so I open and go all the way to 2 pm. We are on spring break & he got mad and was like “am I going to even see you during break?” And I was like yes but I have to work in the morning.? He was super quiet during the rest of the conversation. I was the only who was really talking...? I am unsure if i’m in the wrong but I told him I needed money because I have to start paying for stuff and eventually buy a new, working car. I get where he is coming from because during the past breaks my mom has been mad and hasn’t let me do anything, but now my mom & I are okay. He shuts down and gets frustrated. What do I do?
