weird cravings

ok so on 1/16/18 I had liposcopy surgery DNC removal and Legion removal and hysteroscopy and dye threw tubes to see how bad my endometriosis has grew. my left side is blocked but my right side is clear as day from doc. so I didn't have a period till late Feb not sure when it was horrible btw. anyways my period is due in 7 days. I'm not having any symptom like I normally always do but for some reason I've been having weird cravings. 1st I can't seem to eat any red meat and I love red meat if its seasoned right lol. I think I want it make it for family and then I try to sit and eat and can't I get sick to my tummy so I eat veggies or salad instead. 2nd was yesterday when I had a green apple for brake at work and had bakers hot sauce packet and I start putting it on my apple and eat. it was so yummy u gotta try it. Then 3rd was today when I wanted pickles and ranch and that was my dinner lol. I'm tired of having these weird symptoms and I end up not PG. we've been trying for 2 years and now I got that surgery done so we can get PG. do you think it might be possible that I'm PG? PG (pregnant) just in case no one knows what I'm talking about. any advice or thoughts will be great. can't really talk to no one else cause we have so many maybes. thank you all
