Boyfriend Troubles

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for almost three years now, but we are both still in school so we are four hours away from each other. I haven’t seen him in three weeks. We were supposed to see each other today, but I got stuck at school and won’t be able to see him until one or two days later. He is only an hour away now, but wouldn’t bother to come see me. He is acting like it is no big deal and talked to me very little today. But I am mad and feel like he should have made an effort to come see me or at least talk to me a little extra, since he knew I was upset about not getting to see each other. Am I right to feel this way or is it just PMS?
