Infected C-section?

I had a c January 10th, so it's about 2 months post partum and I noticed this morning a red spot along my scar that is now on the underside of my belly. It's very tender and hot to the touch. I decided to take a shower again and there is a smell and what seemed like a little blood on the wash cloth. I don't have a fever or anything but I know it can take a while before it reaches that point, and yes I shower regularly. I can't call my OB until Monday because the clinic isn't open weekends. What does this look like to you guys?
