Husband lied but I don't know about what?

So my husband told me last night he was going to drink a couple beers. He comes back 5 or 6 hours later and is trying to be very quiet. Typically if he has been drinking he is very loud. He immediately went to the shower and stuffed his clothes he was wearing in a duffle bag in the closet. I'm smart enough to realize he wasn't really out drinking but I don't know what he was doing. I'm pissed that he lied to me. What should I do?

Stuffing his clothes in a duffle bag is really suspicious. Like what, is he trying to hide lipstick stains or perfume?? Me being me, I woulda pulled them suckers out and checked them out and then demanded an explanation. But that's just me 🤷‍♀️ but girl sounds like you already have an idea of what he's been doing. I'd confront him.

I'd have got the clothes when he was in the shower and laid them out on the bed and straight up ask him who goes for pints and comes in stuffs their clothes in a bag and showers immediately wtf

Has he been acting weird up until then? I would check out the clothes, and see if he does any other odd things. Does he have a main bar he goes to? You could always stop by and ask if he was there
