I was diagnosed as a child with depression. I haven’t been on my medicine for a year now Because it’s not safe to take while pregnant and I was pregnant when I came off it and just never got back on it. My depression has been ehh.... I sleep it away. I seem lazy because of my depression and with this pregnancy it’s 100x worse. Most days it’s manageable but today it’s bad. How do you deal with your depression without medicine. I’m going back on it after I have the baby
