Cramping
Intense cramping today. No AF. last cycle was my first after MC and was only 27 days. This cycle I had trouble tracking +o. Based on temp and opk it was later at cd 18. Took a test today but it was negative. Not sure if it’s just too early or if these cramps mean AF is coming. Glow says my period isn’t due until Thursday or Friday. I’m also on progesterone to help with implantation after last loss.. Help..
