i just want him to leave.

so my 4 year boyfriend. (known each other for 14) is constantly telling me that I am cheating and he wont marry me and last miscarriage he told me to "kill it". I would never say hateful things like that to anyone let alone the one I love. I'm now at the point I just want him to leave

I don't want to fight for this person. I want him to leave my house. my question is how can I keep myself safe and get him out. my name is on EVERYTHING. so I can't just leave or I would. I live in California and if they stayed longer then a week I think they have rights. can someone help?
