Anyone experienced this before?
I have had cramps for the past 8-9 days. At first the cramps were slight stab like pains but now they are just dull cramps. I was meant to get af on Saturday but she still hasn't shown. I took a pregnancy test this morning but bfn. The only thing I have done differently this cycle was take conceive well gold. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? I'm currently overseas so don't have a regular doctor I can go to.
