Acne during pregnancy

I’ve struggled with my skin my whole life. I had finally gotten it mostly under control in my twenties. I still struggle with blackheads, but actual acne was gone.

And then I got pregnant.

My back is so broken out that every time I shower and dry off with the towel it bleeds wherever the bumps are and that’s everywhere on my back.

Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do about this mess on my back? My husband doesn’t mind mashing them for me, but he is rough about it and they hurt. Does anyone know of a safe product I can have him put on my back? Or do I just need to suck it up and go to the dermatologist?
