Soft cheese confusion!

I've just eaten three quarters of a Marks and Spencer's prepacked sandwich.... There was nothing to suggested in had soft cheese in it 😣 however just caught my eye that listed in the ingredients is 'full fat soft bloody cheese'. I know not to eat soft cheese in pregnancy but wondering if in and press packed sandwich would it be pasteurised? Please be nice very anxiously expecting my rainbow 💖🌈💙
