HELP!! no period, negative test

So my last period started on Jan 21st. My husband and I have been TTC since December. I was suppose to start on Feb 22nd or after. No sign of period anywhere. On Feb 25th, my husband and I had sex. In the middle of it, I started bleeding everywhere; put a tampon in and the next morning -just a tad bit. Never had to put another in. Just got some discharge ( little brown - stringy) only when I wiped. That went on two weeks; most of them time it was nothing when I wiped. Fast foward to March 11th— husband and I had sex and I was bleeding afterwards— only when I wiped and nothing else since then. My gynecologist appointment isn’t u till April. I just need some in our. I have taken pregnant test. All were negative.HELP A GIRL OUT HERE!
